Se caracterizeaza printr-un set de simptome neplacute, cum ar fi oboseala severa, dificultati de respiratie si lipsa de energie. Din fericire, prin dieta este posibil sa se limiteze riscul de anemie si sa se imbunatateasca disponibilitatea depozitelor de fier. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Alimentele bogate in fier, vitamina B9 si vitamina B12 sunt alimentele anti-anemie prin excelenta. </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Cele 5 puncte esentiale ale dietei anti-anemie:</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Consumul suficient de produse de origine animala;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">aport bun de vitamina C;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Cresterea consumului de fructe si legume;</span></span></li>

Acesta este cazul, de exemplu, al femeilor care au perioade grele, femeile insarcinate sau care alapteaza, persoanele predispuse genetic la anemie sau chiar persoanele in varsta. Anumite patologii pot favoriza anemia: tulburari gastrointestinale, cancere, hepatita, HIV, boli autoimune etc.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Principalele simptome ale anemiei sunt oboseala, pielea palida, dificultati de respiratie si lipsa constanta de energie. In plus, pot fi adaugate ameteli, batai neregulate ale inimii, frisoane, dureri de cap, lipsa poftei de mancare sau dificultati de concentrare. </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Exista trei tipuri diferite de anemie:</span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Anemia cu deficit de fier;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Anemie cu deficit de vitamina B12, cunoscuta sub numele de anemie pernicioasa; </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Anemie cu deficit de vitamina B9.</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Prin promovarea alimentelor anti-anemice, aceasta dieta reduce riscul de anemie, amelioreaza simptomele si imbunatateste rezervele de fier, vitamina B9 si vitamina B12 ale organismului.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">La nivel nutritional, unele recomandari simple pot limita riscul de anemie si pot creste rezervele de fier ale organismului. Dieta anti-anemie se refera in primul rand la obtinerea suficienta de fier, vitamina B9 si vitamina B12 printr-o dieta sanatoasa si echilibrata.</span></span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Pentru a-si creste aporturile de fier, vitamina B9, vitamina B12, oamenii trebuie sa faca alegeri corecte, concentrandu-se asupra alimentelor bogate in ele. Spre exemplu, ficatul de porc este cel mai bogat aliment in fier, de fapt contine 18 mg de fier la 100 g de ficat. Fibrele alimentare sunt foarte interesante in lupta impotriva anemiei.
